  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected from the post office within the required timeframe, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.

  • ABOVEARTH is not responsible for lost or delayed packages, customs fees or import taxes, postal service errors, or orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

  • International customers are responsible for checking and complying with their country's customs regulations and import requirements.
