Orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Customs, duties & import fees
International orders may be charged customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees by your country once the parcel arrives. These charges are set by your local customs office, not by ABOVEARTH, and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the customer's full responsibility.
- Please check your country's customs rules and possible charges before ordering.
- If these charges are not paid and your parcel is held, returned, abandoned, or destroyed, ABOVEARTH is not responsible. No refund or replacement will be given, and any reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Good to know
- Damaged orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- Returned parcels: If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because it wasn't collected from the post office in time, the customer pays to reship it.
- Liability: ABOVEARTH is not responsible for lost or delayed packages, postal service errors, or orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
