A barnacle-covered bronze pendant imagined to have been discovered deep beneath the ocean’s surface, finding shelter in the shadows while looking up towards the light, watching clouds and fish drift by above. Covered in layers of texture, it carries the marks of its surroundings, serving as a reminder that we, too, are shaped by the environments we move through.
